What to eat the morning of competition: The biggest mistake is to eat something “special” that you’re not usually eat. I believe the best thing to eat is what you normally eat before training i.e: small fruit (banana, dates) or an energy bar
BRING HEADPHONES: I can’t stress that enough!it will help you to stay focus and put you in the right mindset before the fight.. Put your headphones on, put on your favorite music and let nature do it thing
Warm Up: That means, have a 5-10 minutes warm up, something as simple as squats burpees and push ups, just to get the blood flowing. I personally recommends the @yogaforbjj official competition warm up. I used it every time.
Game Plan: Have in your mind a basic plan A and plan B. if you’re going to pull guard, or do a takedown, know it before stepping on the mat.
