Tuesday are all about pushing mentaly workouts for me.⠀
We usually start the day with a morning training consists of drills and light sparring, then we do @shay.malka strength and conditioning work, and lastly we do the evening class that focused on wrestling and drills. ⠀
BUT we always try and make time to get outside for a walk or sit after training for a coffee to clear our heads and reset. ⠀
Staying hydrated on these days is crucial – so i always drink @xtend BCAA during or after my workouts, which is exactly what I need.⠀
